Our mission is; to reduce suffering of women and girls experiencing debilitating hormonal and mental health conditions, to help gain diagnosis and treatment and promote emotional, psychological and physical well-being through personal development and therapeutic activities.

GetYourLifeBack! is set up for women and girls suffering with hormonal conditions that severely affect their quality of life as well as women and girls suffering from mental health conditions.

 

We offer support to get you through your darkest times, skills to enable you to self regulate emotions, behaviours and thoughts and help in gaining diagnosis and treatment as often hormonal conditions are misunderstood and mistaken for mental health conditions.

Our team is made up of Co-founders, mother and daughter, who have lived experience of hormonal problems and qualifications and experience in Counselling, Mindfulness and Massage, and our trustees who have a wealth of experience of working with vulnerable people.

Our holistic projects are designed to promote good emotional, psychological and physical health.
